Robert S. Hahn

ROBERT S. HAHN graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law. He began his legal career with the employment law defense firm of Wimberly Lawson Seale Wright & Daves, PLLC, upon admission to the Tennessee bar in December of 1997. Bob's experience with the Wimberly law firm provided him with extensive experience in assisting his clients to navigate the extensive regulatory and statutory schemes that confront employers of all sizes on a daily basis. His representation included assisting clients with internal audits and investigations to employment litigation.

In 2003, he returned to the Shenandoah Valley and opened his own practice in which he served the needs of clients in criminal, family law, civil litigation, employment law defense, general business, and personal injury matters.

In 2007, he formed the law offices of Miner, Martin & Hahn. This has allowed him to better serve his existing clients while offering a broader range of client services.
